We understand that not all apartment communities are alike. Service may differ for a garden-style apartment property with dumpsters from a mid-rise property with a trash chute system; so that collection and property waste management is optimized.
The property layout and any waste management system already in place are carefully considered during initial service planning.
Property Management and tenant service orientations are provided as well as a tenant communication system, which includes door hangers with service details.
HOW IT WORKS
Door-to-Door valet trash pick-up from tenant's door by uniformed attendant.
Attendant collects trash in anti-drip collection bin.
Review/Inspection of valet waste receptacle – clean.
Trash collected in company-provided truck identified as Valet Trash.
Once full, truck is sent to on-site dumpster or compactor for disposal.
Compactor/Disposal area cleared of loose trash and cleaned.

How much does your service cost a month?
Nothing! In fact you will make money when you implement Trash Valet Service into your community plan.
How much extra money can I realistically make?
For every twenty dollars a tenant pays for valet trash pickup you keep 2 dollars NET.
Where do you take the garbage?
We simply pick it up from the tenants’ door steps and place it in on-site dumpsters.
What days do you pick up the garbage?
Sundays through Thursday. We will choose a weekly schedule that best meets you and your tenants needs.
Do you guarantee the pickup times?
Yes, our uniformed, professional staff will be there!
